Aphids and their environment

Aphids and their environment

Aphids are at the centre of an ecosystem with high biological diversity. The high density of their colonies makes them a target as fodder species used as food by many natural enemies, predators or parasites. Studies on interactions between the aphids and their environment is essential if we are to develop control-strategy alternatives to chemical methods.
