Eupeodes corollae (Fabricius, 1794)

Morphology

Adult: 8-10 mm, with abdomen short, wings reach well beyond. Abdominal spots whitish in females and yellow in males and do not join up into a stripe, generally remaining separate.
 Larva: beige with no definite marking.
 Pupa: chestnut color, undergoes nymphosis on the ground.
