This year only these informations will be printed. All the pdf files (JOBIM2015 proceedings) will be available under USB key distributed to all JOBIM participants the open day of the conference.

Four types of contributions are offered (called "category" into EasyChair):

  • Poster (short summary in English and in French - 1 page maximum). Corresponding to recent work, already published or in progress. A poster has generaly a size of A0 that means 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm with vertical orientation. The poster could then be published within F1000Posters.

Submission

  • You need to have an EasyChair account to submit a paper (no need to recreate an account if you have already used EasyChair for another conference).
  • Contributions may be written either in French OR in English, depending of the type of submission. For contributions in French, the title and abstract have to be written in English. Especially, this is requested for Highlight and Proceeding papers.
  • Submissions must use presentation templates, available in RTF , LaTeX , MS-Word or OpenOffice  formats. Authors are requested not to change the presentation setting (margins, font, ...), nor the outline of the text and various items (title, authors, addresses, abstracts, ...).
  • Contributions which do not follow the formating rules will not be considered even though the paper has been accepted by the Program Committee.
  • At the end on EasyChair, only PDF format is accepted. Therefore authors will have to produce a PDF file derived from the templates used to write the paper.

In addition to the hard-copy proceedings distributed during the conference, we will also publish all the final articles on the website.  If you are opposed to an electronic publication, please send an email to the following address jobim.uda@udamail.fr.
