CASIMIR - Outil d'aide à la conception de stratégies d'échantillonnage pour caractériser la composante biotique des agroécosystèmes

Le guide d'aide à l'élaboration de stratégie d'échantillonnage proposé par le projet CASIMIR vise à obtenir une information de type « diagnostic », à travers l'évaluation des populations de bioagresseurs et/ou d'ennemis naturels, ainsi que l'évaluation de dégâts et/ou l'évaluation des régulations biologiques.

Il permet d'établir une stratégie d'échantillonnage pour la caractérisation d'un stress biotique ou d'une régulation biologique (potentielle), et/ou d'analyser une stratégie d'échantillonnage éprouvée afin d'évaluer s'il est possible d'en réduire les coûts d'échantillonnage ou bien, au contraire, si l'effort d'échantillonnage doit être plus important pour atteindre les objectifs visés.
