At the initiative of the INRA metaprogram SMACH (key-actions MODEL and IPM-NET), in collaboration with the European project PURE, the European Research Group ENDURE, the Mixed Network Technology « Modélisation » and the INRA Department for continuing education, the first international short course on modelling for sustainable management of crop health took place from January 13th to 17th 2014 at the international school of advanced education in Volterra, Italy.

The INRA/CIRAD IPM network, in conjunction with the key-action MODEL of the INRA's metaprogram SMACH (Sustainable MAnagement of Crop Health), the European Research Group ENDURE, the European project PURE, and the "Modelling for Agriculture" Mixed Technology Network organise an international workshop on modelling platforms for the sustainable management of crop health.

This short course is an initiative of the INRA Metaprogram "Sustainable Management of Crop Health", in collaboration with the European Research Group ENDURE (DURable Exploitation of Crop Protection Strategies), the European project PURE (Pesticide Use-and-Risk Reduction in European farming systems with Integrated Pest Management), the INRA/CIRAD Integrated Pest Management network, and the INRA/ACTA Mixed Technological Network on Modelling.

L'INRA et le CIRAD ont organisé un séminaire conjoint sur la Protection Intégrée des Cultures les 4, 5 et 6 février 2013 à Paris. Les objectifs de ce séminaire étaient d'améliorer les connaissances respectives des travaux portant sur la Protection Intégrée des Cultures dans les deux institutions, d'échanger sur des avancées méthodologiques et d'identifier des points de collaboration potentiels.

Afin de renforcer les interactions avec le CIRAD, un séminaire d'information mutuelle et de réflexion a été organisé le vendredi 21 septembre à Montpellier.

Le Réseau PIC a organisé un séminaire le 12 juin 2012 à Paris afin de présenter le réseau expérimental Rés0Pest, de conduire une réflexion méthodologique sur le projet et d'identifier des programmes de recherche pouvant utiliser le réseau rés0pest comme support expérimental.

The main objective of this workshop was to present methodological advances with regards to the modelling for ex-ante and ex post assessment of IPM solutions, ecological modelling, multiple pest modelling, and optimisation techniques.

Ce séminaire a été l'occasion de présenter les résultats de l'étude de faisabilité du développement et de la valorisation d’une base de données sur l’évolution des pressions biotiques dans les parcelles agricoles, financé par le GIS GC-HP2E et coordonné par le réseau PIC.

Ce séminaire sur l'utilisation du concept de trait pour la protection intégrée des cultures présente les objectifs suivants :

Cet atelier de réflexion sur le développement de méthodes d'échantillonnage spatial pour la quantification et/ou la cartographie des dégâts ou des populations, et leurs applications au recueil d'informations utiles à la protection des cultures visait à préparer le montage d’une réponse collective à un appel à projets ANR (programmation 2011).
