WP1: Collecting information about the panel of 60 varieties

• During the year 2014, the WP1 will analyze a wide variety of traits over the 60 varieties panel, these information will be used to select 20 varieties for the global diversity experiment of Versailles (WP2).
• Objectives and experimental schemes for the Versailles site will be refined.

WP2: Defining statistical analyses and methodology for the survey of wheat associated communities

• Identification of multivariate analyses used to choose 20 varieties for the field experiments, based on groups of traits. Blends will be designed in order to cover a wide range of traits diversities.
• Establishment of a list of measures to be performed on the Versailles field experiment (link between parameters and bundles of services), and then mapping and planning of these notations according to crop practices.

WP3: Ideotyping exercise

• Organizing ideotyping exercise: refining specifications for each Chambres d’Agriculture and defining primary rules for blend assembly. Then, organizing experiments on the farm network and on plots experiments of Chambres d’Agriculture.
• Refining research questions concerning the wheat supply chain and defining targeted actors. Definition of a methodology for interviews.

WP4: Diffusion - publications and meetings

• Establishing a mailing list, a project website and an interdisciplinary lexicon
• Anticipating the organization of a scientific meeting at the end of 2014
